I cannot comment on the cleanliness, location and facilities. I could not stay because my flight was cancelled. My reservation was not cancelable, but I would have expected the hotel I could not stay in to be at least postponed. The hotel was not helpful at all. However, trip.com tried for days to help me, the hotel was not helpful at all. Continue working with trip.com, but I recommend you to stay in another hotel in Skopje.

The location of the hotel was great, the beds were very comfortable, but we rented two rooms and one of them had a toilet smell and the employees at the restaurant were downright racist, they were very arrogant and aggressive, there was not one beaten moment.

Everything was great. The location, the cleanliness of the hotel, the good breakfast, the best part was the attentive and friendly staff, it was perfect for us. If I go again, I will stay at the same hotel.
